Trade-in values vary depending on the model, condition, and stock level. We'll give you a fast and fair quote based on your gear. To see how much store credit you can get:
🛠️ Trade-In Condition Policy
Please clean your gear and remove collar straps. We accept both working and non-working gear, but condition affects the credit value. We cannot trade for skunked gear.Gear with the following issues may receive less or no credit:
- Flexband dry rot or exposed wires
- Cracked screens or damaged charging ports
- Heavy bite marks or missing rubber on buttons
- Missing chargers or parts
If you're not satisfied with our offer, we'll return your gear -- but return shipping will be your responsibility.

- We'll inspect it and contact you with a store credit refund

- Send your gear to Gun Dog Supply in one of two ways:
a. Ship your gear to us yourself (insured for the value of your trade)
OR
b. Ship on our UPS account for $10 -- just ask Steve, Paul, or another product expert, and we'll email you a prepaid UPS label
