You care a lot about your dog, and you worry if you're doing the right thing with the training methods you're using. I know. I've been there. That was until I found Jon and Jessica Hann's Perfection Kennel training methods. They break everything down in a simple and basic understanding of how your dog thinks and reacts to your commands and reactions, and how to present correct commands through proper training, as you move through the process. From starting your puppy on birds and proper gun acclimation, to field trial ready steady. If you're thinking about spending the money for this video, I give you my word it will make a difference in your ability to effectively train your dog and get the results you want, as well as lasting understanding in your dog of what you are asking of them. I took my first dogs to them back in 2007. Ever since the day I went pick them up I've been a disciple. I'm a convert. And I no longer search for a way to train or wonder if I'm doing it right. I've been trained in the PK Way, and it works.
Pros
  • Easy to understand and a resource to come back to time and time again. There is so much to pick up on that watching it once will not do you justice. Because it's so easy, you can understand the complexity of how you and your dog work as one in a field searching for game.
Cons
  • The reason they are lengthy is because they do not show you a punch out process. Each dog is different, and you need to be ready to understand what your dog is doing. Situations change and dogs react differently. They show you multiple examples of dog in situations so as to prepare you for the time that you find yourself in a similar situation. It's still worth the watch.
