Now you can keep your dog as hidden and as comfortable as you plan to be while hunting together in wet environments.

The Invisilab is one of the most versatile dog blinds ever introduced to the waterfowling world. Unlike other dog blinds on the market, it keeps your dog hidden and comfortable in field or water settings up to 34" of depth. The independently adjustable legs provide great stability on uneven ground and the mesh bottom allows for drainage of water, good footing and is a comfortable sling bed for sore bones. In addition to all that, it functions as a comfortable crate for transport to and from the field. It is also a great training tool for the off season and as an around the house climb.

    Features:

  • Gore Optifade Timber camo pattern
  • Kennel Dimensions: 31"L x 24"W x 21"H
  • Kennel Weight: 18 lbs.
  • Legs extend from 24" to 34" in length
  • Legs can be folded for ground blind use
  • Only dog blind that works in the field and in water -- depths to 34"
  • Keeps your dog out of mud and off frozen ground
  • Blind is built into the stand
  • Can be zipped shut to function as a crate for transport
  • Use an additional Invisilab Blind as a place to store gear
  • Mesh bottom drains easily and provides slip proof footing
  • Individually adjustable legs give it great stability in deeper water
  • Excellent training tool
  • 1-year manufacturer warranty

The Invisilab is one of the most versatile dog blinds on the market because it can be used as a hunting blind, a retriever platform, and a soft-sided crate.

    JOSH MILLER OF RETRIEVER ROADMAP

We're gonna dig into a couple products here that are very common products that we use in the field, but it's important that we take the time to get our dogs conditioned to them in training. We preach a lot, practice how you play. So we need to practice first before we go and put our dogs in a game time situation with a new product like this.

There's a lot of different options and a lot of different, uh, things that vary on each one of these options. And you might be sitting here looking at this going, Gosh, there's a lot of differences. What is the right one for me? Well, let's find out what the right one for you is. First let's let's talk about the field blind here.

FIELDHOUSE This is the MoMarsh Field House. The reason I call it a field blind is because often when we would use a blind like this would be in a field hunting situation, a dry field, especially in a field that we're trying to be low profile and we're trying to do our best to hide.

Something that is more high profile, like the INVISILAB here, which we'll get to in a second, is likely gonna stick out in a situation like a dry field hunt, where something like the FIELD HOUSE which just gives that lower profile, it hides the dog well, and the dog can be a right out there with in your blind or beside you in your blind.

Now, one thing I do really like about the FIELD HOUSE here is that you can see it is still slightly raised up off the ground. Still low profile and down on the ground, but it's still raised up even just a couple inches. Why do I like that?

Well, because even though we are dry field hunting, there can still be situations that we're laying in mud and water, or snow and ice. There's so many different things Mother Nature can throw at us. Where this blind right here keeps the dog elevated off that ground a little bit. So your dog doesn't have to be uncomfortable as they lay in, say that mud for hours on end.

This FIELD HOUSE gets them up, keeps them dry, keeps them comfortable. So that's why I really like, you know, that blind. It's. Just that little bit, but that's a big part and a big feature of that blind. InvisiLAB Let's move over to the INVISILAB, because as you can see, this is a very similar product, but there's one glaringly obvious difference, which is of course, those long legs.

So where would a blind like this come into play? Any time that you're hunting in water, specifically deeper water where you want to keep the dog up and out of the water, INVISILAB is gonna be a great option for you. Couple places that come to mind for me would be as we hunt the timber down in Arkansas, or maybe a slough in North Dakota, you know, something that, you know, we need to get them up outta that cold water.

But in a situation that we may not have a lot of cover, right? That's where the canopy comes in. We can still brush this INVISILAB in. We can still keep our dogs hidden, but they can be out there with us, but they're up out of the water. We do not want our dogs standing in water for hours on end. It's very uncomfortable and your dogs are just not going to be able to stay as attentive as if they're dry and they're comfortable and they can do their job. FINAL STAND So this is a very good product for that. As we move over to the FINAL STAND, again, very similar, but a big difference, right? So essentially this is the FINAL STAND is the INVISILAB without the canopy. Okay. So where does this come into play as you fall along in the program? You know by now that the Place Command is a major command that we incorporate into so many different aspects of our training.

This is essentially your place board, and we use this as a place board literally every single day while we are training. But what's so neat about this is that you can also take this into the field. Okay, so let's look at this. We can use this as a place board while we're training. It packs up super nice that you can tote it and carry it around, so you can take it to the kids' baseball game.

You can take it to the backyard barbecue, and you can still be training while in those environments. But then you can also take this into the. In a situation that maybe now you're in the timber that you feel like you don't need, you know, a hide with the canopy. Great option, right? What about in that slew that you feel like you don't need, again, that canopy to hide a great option?

This is gonna be a great tool that you can take with you everywhere you go, and you can use this as your place board. As you can see here, there's a lot of different options when it comes to blinds or stance to take in the field with you. What my hope is that after digging into these, it's a guide for you to go pick out the right one for you and your dog in the situations that you hunt in.

But I can't stress enough. Make sure to get the dog proficient with these products before hitting the field. There's gonna be enough going on in your dog's mind as you hit the field on opening day. Don't make learning a new product. Be one of those. Use these, work with these, get your dog confident with them, and then go have a successful season.

    JOSH MILLER,
    RETRIEVER ROADMAP

Well made and very versatile product.

I use my Invisi-lab all the time during duck season. The blind provides great cover in those hard to hide spots. The stand is very adjustable and stable.
    Pros
    • Folds up nice and only weighs 18 lbs. Has straps on blind to attach grass and add brush. Legs are adjustable from 24" to 34" length.
    Cons
    • Does not come standard with a shoulder strap but we have a kit that includes a shoulder strap. You will appreciate having one!

    Momarsh Invisilab Review
    September 27, 2022
I recently purchased a Momarsh Invisilab. I hesitated to make this purchase because the blind is expensive but, my son has one and assured me it would be worth the money. My introduction to using the Invisilab was during Michigan's youth/veteran duck hunt. We had a successful hunt during which I was able to use the Invisilab in a variety of situations from cattails to flooded timber. The blind is durable and assembles easily. My Pudelpointer Greta took to the blind quickly. The blind is stable and the legs can be adjusted to accommodate uneven ground. Greta was confident jumping out of the blind and climbing back into the blind. I also have a Momarsh dog bed which has proven to be a high quality bed that Greta really enjoys. My experience with Momarsh is that they make well-engineered, high quality products. Also, Gun Dog Supply shipped the blind amazingly quickly. GDS is always my first choice for my dog hunting equipment.
    Pros
    • Durable
    • Easy to set up, adjust, and fold down
    • Little elastic straps all around the top for tucking in marsh grasses to camo the blind
    • Legs are set at an angle that makes the blind very stable
    • Legs are height adjustable to allow leveling
    • Legs can be folded up so that the blind sits on the ground
    • Relatively light weight
    Cons
    • The blind is large - it folds up flat but is an armful when packing in. My son attached a carry strap to his. I typically use a jet sled.

The standard by which blinds are judged.
    January 11, 2022
I was on the line about buying the Invisilab for my puppy, but I'm sure glad I did!

I was worried the blind would be too high, but he jumped right in and loves hanging out in there. I often use it in the house so he can be in the room with the people, but have his own space and not run around like a crazy dog.

Construction seems to be high quality.

The only issue I can see is that if you want to just place it on the ground, the metal legs are folded underneath and it would be pretty lumpy for the dog.

I'd buy it again in a second, and we haven't even got to real hunting training yet.

    Great dog stand and blind
    December 31, 2021
We used the blind for three days in flooded corn in the Finger Lakes Region. My Lab weighs about 90 pounds and she had plenty of room inside. When she left the blind and when she jumped back in the blind remained stable. this is a great addition to my waterfowling equipment list.

    • Stable.
    • Great camo.
    • Easy set up and take down.

Jack is our 1 year old yellow Lab. We hunt tidal tributaries from Marsh Rat and Aqua Pod boats. Without this Invisilab blind for him, it would be next to impossible to have him safely hunt with us. He would need to hunt from the boat and I would have to shoot over him. With this product I can easily set it it up on dry ground or a couple feet of water to keep him high and dry.

    Thanks for a great product!
    Pros
    • Easy transport.
    • Quick set up.
    • Munti use in the field and at home.

I was having trouble find a blind that could sit my dog with comfort. The two separate blinds I purchased were not tall enough to the point my dog would have to crawl on the floor to get in. This blind offers plenty of space for the pump and draining in wet conditions.
    Pros
    • Space, room, mesh bottom.
    Cons
    • The doors do not have the best options to keep the doors rolled up for training purposes.

Easy to use, durable material and fairly lightweight
    May 17, 2021
I have not hunted with the blind yet but it has worked well in training situations. My golden had no issues getting used to it and was placing after one session. He is a big boy and has no issues turning around even when the one side is closed.
    Pros
    • Durable, fairly lightweight, easy to assemble and break down
    Cons
    • It's a bit bulky to carry into the field but I expected that to be the case. You just need to know what you are purchasing and it does have a strap option.

    The perfect hunting blind
    October 13, 2024
I been trying to find a Good blind for my dog for many years. This one fits my needs quite nicely, hunting in a Rice-field. I can straddle over the check, so it ends up almost being level with the water and he adapted to it quite nicely. Thank you for your recommendation.
    Cons
    • If anything, I would recommend the steaks that stabilize the blind to be longer

    Invisilab Dog Blind
    October 8, 2024
Gundogsupply continues to impress me. Awesome customer service and fulfillment/shipping of orders happens so quickly. I had used a momarsh final stand for 6 years, and finally decided to switch over to the invisilab, and I'm very pleased so far. It conceals the movements of dog that wants to follow birds as they circle around the blind, and I think will keep wind off of them and help with heat retention some when the cooler months hit. Very happy with it.
    Pros
    • Easy to setup and break down. If you are boating in to your hole, or driving right up to it is definitely a great product.
    Cons
    • Little heavier than a stand without the blind, but the extra concealment is worth it, maybe even if you are having to do a bit of a walk.

    Great product, pup loves it
    May 14, 2024
I really like the Invisilab and Final Stand products, with 1 caveat.

These are great products and the feet are well-designed for soft or sandy ground stability - but the shortcoming of these hard feet is that they really slip and slide on hard surfaces. I use mine regularly on the porch or inside on hard floors, and it really slides when my pup loads and unloads. So I wanted to see if I could come up with a way to reduce sliding.

I made these rubber "slippers" using pourable urethane rubber (for mold-making), and using a leg for the inside mold. I used a Shore A 60 product for increased hardness/durability and it is soft enough to grip. A product that is Shore A of 40-50 would grip even better and probably still have the needed durability. All-in cost about $25-30 including release agent and rubber (pourable rubber doesn't last long after the jars are opened so I wasted half of the product) plus some time turning the outer mold (wood on a lathe).

At any rate, they work quite well for anyone with the same issue. I'm sure MoMarsh could design a better and cheaper slipper for this purpose, maybe they'll see this and consider it.
    Pros
    • Great training and field tool, and great as a "place" in and around the house or camp.
    Cons
    • Slides easily on hard/slick surfaces.

This has helped our young dog understand the duck hunting game. The dog can sit up above the marsh grass and see all the action and mark ducks.
    Pros
    • Keeps dog out of water/mud and allows them to see what's going on.
    • MoMarsh was good to work with to replace a piece that arrived broken.
    Cons
    • Materials are a little lacking.
    • It's ridiculous that you have to pay extra for a shoulder strap.

    • -adjustable legs for different water depths
    • -mud feet keep kennel secure to the ground to keep dog stand from moving
    • -also works as a dog bed in the house lol

This stand is awesome and wouldn't hesitate to buy it again. It's great for public land hunting when there's not a lot of cover. My Golden Retriever has no issues with it.

Great Blind. Top can be easily removed.
    August 19, 2022
Awesome Blind. Each door is a different size, which is nice. I swapped out the 4 bolts holding the top to the frame and swapped them out for those "wire lock pins" so you can easily take the top off and just have an elevated platform.
    Pros
    • Light weight
    • Solid and adjustable to most water heights we hunt
    • Gets your dog out of the water
    • Little wind break for them as well
    Cons
    • A little bulky (all of these platforms are though)
    • The pin system to fold the legs up is a little finicky
    • Wish it had a little pouch sewed on the outside to hold a box of shells.
    • Doesn't come with a carry strap. Took one off an old duffle bag and it works great.
