Measure Your Dog's Neck to ensure a proper fit.

• Use a measuring tape, cloth tape, or a piece of string (and measure the string).
  
• Measure your dog's neck where you want the collar to rest on the neck AND at the appropriate tightness.
  
• Once you have a measurement, refer to the Guide below to find the appropriate size.
  
• The neck size (NS) represents the measurement from the center of the buckle to the fourth adjustment hole.
  
• You can adjust 1-inch longer or 3-inches shorter. Keep in mind that using the shorter adjustment holes will leave more collar strap extending past the buckle.

This collar is the 3rd one I have purchased from Gun Dog. It is sturdy, well-made, and I like the reflective material. The label with my dog's name and my phone number has helped us find our dog Rocky when he left the property during a snow storm.

Love These Collars

These collars are the only ones I've gotten for my Wirehaired Vizsla. I started her off with the hot pink biothane puppy collar and just got this one now that she is 7 months old. Quality, sturdy and waterproof—perfect for all the outdoor activities we do. The reflective collar is perfect as we frequently go out in the dark. I like that this is an American family-owned business too. :)

I wanted a reflective collar for my dog. I chose this product because it's made in USA by an American owned company. It's more supple than most and the reflective strip is wider.
I've added a picture of Hope wearing it although her fur covers a lot of it when she's sitting. You can see she does not enjoy having her picture taken.
I have recommended this company to friends.

Great reflective, waterproof collar

Love this collar in all colors. Our 2 dogs are chocolate and black, and difficult to see in the dark. But with these collars even in low light the reflective strip picks up the light and allows me to see where they are. They are not too thick, are flexible yet strong. They are waterproof and do not hold odors.

the buckles are strong and won't release when the dogs pull.

We've always ordered Gun Dog collars for our dogs. This was our first reflective collar and it's exactly what we needed. It helps us see our dark lab at night, in the woods, and even in our house sometimes. The collar is good quality and looks like it will last for a while. Customer service at GDS is also top notch. We installed an Apple AirTag mount to the collar and it fits perfectly.

Have used Gun Dog Supply for over 15 years on all hunting dogs. Dogs are collared with name, address, phone numbers, and "Yes" they have been found 10 miles away. The reflective collars, which are very durable, with dogs running well over 500 acres per day, through creeks, briars and thickets. They have never lost a collar and are nearly indestructable. The neck is checked often for size adjustment, esp on growing dogs. Use the handy size chart to determine the collar length to purchase. I have even punched a hole for a larger dog or smaller dog, in a pinch. Highly recommended, so much so that I have endorsed Gun Dog Supply on the Next Door app. 90% of the postings are lost dogs NOT collared. Tragedy averted with Gun Dog Supply collars.

Happy with the purchase - same material as my leash previously purchased which am very happy with also. The engraved plate is nice but creates a tight spot, trying to bend it more to match the curvature of the neck. The black sliding thing is a waste and fell off.
