The Garmin ALPHA XL is an in-vehicle GPS navigator with a high-resolution 10" screen that can track, monitor, and help you retrieve your dogs in the field without the need for a separate dog tracking handheld. What I like most about the Alpha XL is that it gives me a dedicated tracking unit in my vehicle. I don't have to take a handheld and Bluetooth it to a screen. I don't have to attach an antenna or worry about connectivity. If I leave the vehicle, the tablet doesn't disconnect. It continues tracking the entire time.
