    Works good, easy to use. Multiple tone setting so you can tell dogs apart. I would not want to be in the field without my dogs wearing the beeper collar.
    Pros
    • Always know where the dog is.
    • Know when the out of sight dog is on point.
    Cons
    • The dogs learn the point mode beep too!
    • The beep is loud and I worry about the wearers hearing.

    While I have only used the collar maybe 10 times so far, I am very pleased with the volume and function. The motion detector is sensitive, reacts quickly to the dogs movement. Being rechargeable is a big plus.

    • Easy to turn on and off.
    Cons
    • The 3/4 inch collar doesn't allow me add it to the training collar i use.

    The collars work well. I did think that the setup was cumbersome. Not difficult, but cumbersome. I also wanted the collar to emit a different sound when my dog was on point. I have hunted with guys where the sound changes from a beep to a hawk call when the dog is on point. On this device, you only get one sound, but the interval between beeps (or whatever you chose for a sound) happen more rapidly when the dog stops moving. Kind of disappointing, but not a deal killer.

    Quick to go to point mode which is exactly what I was looking for. Loud! I taped up the horn at first and have left the tape all season long.
    I will buy again if this one ever fails.

    Had to end to Sportdog for a replacement. Functioned as advertised in hand but would not go into point mode on the dog. Replacement works as advertised.
