This is a very nice leather leash. It is a little stiff when it is new but after a few uses it softens up nicely. The padded handle is comfortable for myself as my dog does pull on the leash. I expect to have many years of use from this leash.

Nice brass snap. Rivets not so good. Leather is a little stiff, but I expect that to become more pliable as it gets broken in. Overall, a nice lead for the price.

High quality leather and brass. Feels great in the hand. The deer hide at the handle is very soft, and the rest of the lead feels durable, but still pliable. Very impressed with the quality, and I expect many years of service.
