. Owns 2 dogs. Family pet. I have some issues with areas in my house that activate the beep while the dogs are still well with in the boundary. I've contacted customer service several times , but they have not been able to help me. I've tried moving the base and resetting the collars several times to no avail. I've used the system for about 10 years now and still would highly recommend it. I would like to try the rechargeable batteries, but can not afford it at this time.
